Kim McGlothin, PHD is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with adults and adolescents. Prior to entering private practice, she worked in college mental health at MIT and other universities. Kim works with clients addressing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, parenting and other relationship issues, and life transitions.
Cathy Hill, LICSW received her MSW from Smith College School for Social Work and advanced training in Family and Couples Therapy from the Cambridge Family Institute. She has 20-plus years of experience providing therapy to adolescents (age 14+) and adults. She provides individual, family and couples therapy. Specialty areas include couples/relationship issues, depression and anxiety, grief/bereavement/loss, life transitions, trauma/PTSD, anger management, self-esteem, women’s issues.

Stephanie Gould- LICSW, MPH is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Certificate in Couples Counseling and a Masters in Public Health from Boston University. She has experience working with adults, teens, and couples in a holistic manner that focuses on empowering clients to identify and achieve their goals. As a public health social worker, she focuses on both physical and mental health to prevent and address challenges and help clients find the support they need and deserve.
Lyndsey Killilea, LICSW specializes in children and adolescent clinical needs. She graduated from Boston University with a Masters in social work and has been with Family Associates of Merrimack Valley since 2008. Lyndsey has also been a special education social worker in the public school setting for the last 14 years and has extensive experience with the IEP, 504 process, as well as social skills groups. Lyndsey focuses her practice around family work and specializes in behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, and school concerns.

Jennifer Coburn, LMHC has experience working with adults who are diagnosed with anxiety, depression and trauma. In addition, she works with children (ages 5 and older), adolescents and teenagers to manage anger, build self-esteem and utilize coping skills. Jennifer creates a judgment-free zone that provides individuals and families with a safe place to express their feelings. She takes a person-centered approach and uses cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, stress management and expressive therapies to help others improve their well-being.
Kira Furtado, MSW, LICSW has over 20 years experience as a clinical social worker and has been with Family Associates of Merrimack Valley since 2006. She received her Master’s of Social Work from Boston College Graduate School of Social Work, where she also completed training in HIV pre/post test counseling. In the past, Kira served as clinical supervisor for an interdisciplinary community behavioral health center and as a mental health crisis clinician in a Massachusetts state prison. In her current role, Kira provides treatment for adolescents through adults on an individual, couple or family basis. She focuses on skill-building to better manage behavioral health issues, such as anxiety, OCD, trauma, mood disorders, infertility, and personality disordered behaviors.
Judith Powsner, LICSW, LADC received her degree from Boston University and has thirty five years of clinical experience. She sees patients ranging in age from young adults to adults in their senior years. She has a wide range of experience working with individuals with clinical depression, anxiety disorders, grief, parenting issues, and substance abuse. She has a postgraduate certificate in Drug & Alcohol Counseling and is licensed to do court-ordered and work- mandated evaluations for addiction disorders. She is highly interactive in her sessions and feels therapy is most effective when she and her patients work together in the therapy process.
